An Online Job Search Site is primarily a matchmaking service between the Job Seeker and the Company. Job seekers can electronically post their resume for free. Sometimes multiple resumes can be created to highlight certain skills and attributes in different industries or job descriptions. Once a Resume is posted, companies can search based on keywords and other attributes to review prospective candidates Here we have created a chart showing three job search sites that essentially do the same thing, but compete with each other in trying to attract the best companies and available talent.

	Mon s ter.co m - is the Big Kahuna of Job search engines… Full of features to assist the unemployed in finding the right job that meets their criteria. If you can get past the klunkiness of the site, it can give you good access to the most job listings out there.
	Yahoo H ot Jobs - leverages the brand Yahoo.com to promote it’s presence in the Job Search Market. Again, it can be cluttered with ads and other irrelevant content, but their are many job positions listed that will help many in their search strategies.
	Beyond.com - A lesser known site that positions itself as a “Niche Job Board”. Essentially defining itself as a portal to various job search engines with more channels to feed the Job Seeker.

Ten Tips to Superior CustomerSatisfaction

Customer Service can be tricky business. Customers are the lifeblood of your business and without them, you can kiss your job goodbye. A great customer reference can go a long way in driving more business, but one bad word from a customer can be devastating. So what are the best ways to retain your customers? Keeping customers happy is a key strategy for any business owner. Their loyalty can result in many additional products or services being purchased from your company. In addition, they can recommend your company to others which increase sales.

Be Honest - When dealing with a customer, be honest and sincere in responding to their issues. Trying to cover up a gap in the product or service you provide can easily kill the relationship if the customer finds out that they were lied to.
Desire to Help - A Customer Support Representative needs to have the fundamental desire to assist others. To understand their issues quickly and provide solutions that will make them feel that the company cares about them, no matter what the issue is. If you do not have this basic character trait, then a customer support position may not be for you. Be true in your intent to resolve their issue th e best way you know how.
Dedicated Problem Solver - The reason you are in this position, is to listen to the problem being conveyed by the customer and offering solutions to those issues, quickly. Chances are, the company has given you the necessary training, knowledge and processes to fulfill this obligation. Your job is to execute the process based on the training and information you have. In addition, you will have a support system of supervisors and knowledge experts that you can draw from if needed.
Patience - Another important character trait that is difficult to master is patience and empathy. Having the patience to listen to the customer and work through each call is a critical factor to keep your own head when others are screaming at you over the phone. It is easy to get caught up in the emotions being forced upon you, causing premature burn out. Having the ability to be a calming influence can help relieve the stress the customer may be feeling at that time.
Do as you say - If you make the commitment to perform a task or make something happen, do not back off the commitment.
Set reasonable expectations - Customers have high expectations on getting what they want. However, what they want and what you can provide may be to entirely different things. Refer to Tip 1. and be honest on what they are asking and what they are actually entitled to.
Communication is Key - You cannot communicate too much with a customer on teir issue. Even if it is to update them on progress, they will appreciate you keep ing them in the loop.
I don’t know is OK - If you are in a situation that you are unable to answer their question, it is reasonable to help them get to someone who knows or find out and get back to them in a reasonable timeframe.
Follow up - After the problem is resolved, follow up with them to ensure they are happy and that the issue is resolved as much as possible. If the issue is not resolved, you may need to initiate additional steps to fix the issue. The customer relationship you build will be priceless.
Be Flexible - When working with a customer, find different approaches to resolving the issue. Not every problem can be fixed with a hammer.

As you deal with different customer personalities, you will acquire and develop specific skills that can be used in all aspects of your career. Servicing customers is not an easy tasks, but with these tips, you can be on your way to becoming a leader in satisfying your clients.
